The article focuses on her Secretary of State confirmation hearing in which she called for a more thoughtful foreign policy regarding the Middle East. But of course, any time there's "smart" in a headline, I just have to draw a brain!

"Run For the Body, Walk For the Brain" is from the DC Examiner for Januray 8, 2009. Not the strongest headline ever, but it was a bad day for cleverness. So I grabbed the brain one and drew this cute brain going for a little stroll. And what walk would be complete without an iPod!

"Give Your Brainpower A Boost" is from the Express, the Washington Post's free daily, for January 6, 2009. Wouldn't you want to rice out your brain with a spoiler and some rocket boosters? Couldn't figure out where to draw in a racing stripe, but I thought this was fun.
